All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue items at any time without notice. Custom orders may take longer to process and ship; timelines will be communicated upon confirmation.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept secure payments via PayPal only. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
We offer shipping within the United States and internationally. Delivery times may vary based on your location and order volume. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. Uzuri Aṣa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at orders@uzuriasa.com. Once your exchange is reviewed and approved, you may send the item back within 14 days and receive store credit for use toward future purchases. A shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your store credit, and we will provide a return shipping label.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging. Uzuri Aṣa reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet our conditions.
